What we store

When you sign in with Google we store your verified email address and name. To personalize recommendations we store the service-address, utility, and usage details you give us. If you upload an electricity bill, we extract the usage details from it and keep only that extracted text — the uploaded file itself is not retained after processing.

What we never do

We never sell your information to third parties, and we take zero commissions from electricity suppliers — our only loyalty is to you.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime from your dashboard. Deletion removes your profile, usage data, and sign-in access, and stops any future charges. We keep a minimal record of switch authorizations you made, as required for consumer-protection audit purposes.
