We recommend your best plan and guide you through the switch; you confirm every change — nothing happens without your say-so. (Our Pennsylvania PUC broker/marketer license application is pending; once granted, we’ll be able to handle the switch entirely for you.)
Membership fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime — cancelling stops all future charges, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't issue partial or prorated refunds.
